[Freedom is not befitting of, nor long held by, an Immoral People!]It is important for us to remember that our Freedom comes from God alone... and not man. It is also important for us to remember that as Christians we have an obligation to Vote For Godly Men.
A Wicked man is incapable of ruling well... The Scriptures put it this way: "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked bears rule, the people mourn." (Proverbs 29:2)
So in choosing whom to vote for, the believer bears the responsibility of not only knowing the public policies of the candidates but also knowing their personal values.
